Diffuzion – Still Believe EP

Besides some selected compilation appearances and a couple of remix collaborations, it has been quite quiet on the Belarusian music front in the past several months… But today Xev and her DIFFUZION gang strike back out of the blue with an 8-track EP that will blast a fresh and icy wind on your electronic Summer! 

Taken from the band’s forthcoming 3rd full length album ”Still Believe” reveals a more modern high-tech break-beat sound approach while reinforcing its icy elektro blast giving a very interesting twist to DIFFUZION’s dancey cold synth pop music. On these 3 new songs, DIFFUZION enjoyed toying with vocoder fx on Xev’s sensual catchy voice to reinforce the frozen sensation of these vibrating techno-pop tunes with an edge. 

The EP then takes a more club frontal assault with AESTETISCHE’s massive “Coldmix” of “Still Believe”, immediately followed by an angry stomping dark EBM “Powermix” of “The Blessed” signed by DIFFUZION themselves reminding us of the harshest side of the band while MLADA FRONTA energize the dance floor appeal with their hypnotizing industrial dance remake of “Cycle”. Last but not least, we also get two radically different remixes of the EP title song by eclectic label mates IMPLANT and Mister Jean-Marc Lederman (THE WEATHERMEN, etc.) and his unique unpredictable sound/voice manipulations…
